Can I have more than one account?
No, Each person is limited to only one account. An error box will appear if you try to sign-up for more than one account. You can order as many FREE CHART ALBUM as you wish, as long as you keep earning points from new offers in the one account.

How old do I have to be to join UrFreeCD.co.uk?
The minimum age is 18 years.

How long does it take for you to send my FREE CHART ALBUM?
As soon as you have ordered your Sim/s from the members' area the delivery time can be anything up to 2 weeks, though we always aim to have them despatched to you within 7 working days.

How long does it take for you to validate points?
This normally takes no longer than 24 hours, but on certain offers this may take up to two weeks.

I have joined a number of sites/competitions but no longer want to be a member or included in the offer?
We regret that we cannot terminate your membership. You must go to the respective website/competition holder and cancel direct.

I have joined with all the advertisers in your directory and have none left to earn points?
You can get 10 free points for referring each new member. Referring just a dozen friends can win you one new sim card.

I have joined every advertiser on the list but your site didnt accept me for them all. why, when I am not already a member of that/those sites or competitions?
We can not tell you why as we, in our turn, are not informed. However, examples of reasons why your application may not have been accepted could be because you have been a previous member, or your criteria did not match what some advertisers were looking for. We strongly advise you to get in contact with the respective company as they will have sent you an email shortly after joining.
